We are unable to load pickup trucks at the farm.
Dump truck deliveries and commercial pickups of bulk soil are still available.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience.

Our Top Soil is a base of peat (containing over 35% organic matter naturally with 30% peat. The balance is a black loam). Composted Manure is added to increase available nitrogen, Sand is added to further increase drainage. Our bulk soil does not come fertilized.

Fertilizer Recommendations: For gardens, add 5lbs/Yd of 6-8-6 or equivalent. For lawns, add 5lbs/Yd of 12-4-8 or equivalent.

Garden Soil is a blend of Peat, Composted Steer & Sand (50% Peat/ 40% Steer/10% Sand)
Lawn Soil is a blend of Peat, Composted Chicken & Sand (26% Peat/ 26% Chicken/ 48% Sand)
Bark Mulch: Hemlock / Fir Mix chipped finely Red/Brown in colour

MINIMUM 6 YARD PICKUP.
PLEASE NOTE AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE PICK-UP.

Discounts are available for quantities over 12 yards picked up in the same load.
